From February 16 to 18, 2023, a HNU Alumni Association delegation, led by Lin Shidao, Deputy Director of the Office of Alumni Relations and Advancement of HNU (Center for Overseas Hainanese Friendship), visits alumni and some alumni-run enterprises in Beijing.

On the morning of February 16, the delegation arrived at China Agriculture University, visiting Education Foundation and Alumni Office of the University. The delegation was welcome by Hu Jinyou, Secretary General of the Education Foundation, and Luo Cong, Director of the Alumni Office. Ms Zhao Jing, Mr. Sun Jiuchen and Ms Jing Yanting were present in the above-mentioned activity.

On the afternoon of the same day, the delegation visited Tsinghua University, conducted an informal discussion with Tsinghua University Alumni Association. Participants included Tian Xingyan, Director of the Liaison Department of Tsinghua University Alumni Association, Zhao Ying, Vice Director of the Development Department, Shang Yan, Director of the Information Department, and Zhang Yueyue, Director of Administration Department.

In addition, the delegation met part of alumni representatives in Beijing, expressing its appreciation to all alumni for their long-term support for the development of HNU, and highly valuing their achievements in their posts. Lin said HNU will push the preparatory work for the establishment of Beijing Alumni Association so as to set up a platform for alumni in Beijing to interact among alumni and between alumni and HNU. Li expressed his hope that all alumni in Beijing contribute to this effort by offering valuable advices or financial supports. The participating alumni included Hu Meiqiang, Wu Shenfeng, Xu Canguang, Liu Xin, Lan Lan, Li Xinge and Li Yang. The delegation visited Beijing Lvyao Feed Technology Co., LTD. and Beijing Enpower Inc.
