Upon entering China, please go as promptly as possible to obtain your Certificate of Verification for Physical Examination Record for foreigner at the Hainan International Travel Health Care Center .
You need to provide the following:
a. Two 2’ photos (in passport photo size);
b. Passport;
c. Physical examination record for foreigner (issued within last six months) performed outside of China (if any).
