The student team of School of Computer Science and Technology of Hainan University won the national first prize in the final of

"The 16th Computer Design Competition of Chinese College Student"

Recently, 2023 (the 16th) Computer Design Competition of Chinese College Student (software application and development) was held in Jinan. The student team work "Bone Shadow Intelligence - An Assisted System for Femoral Neck Fracture Surgery Based on Incremental Learning", directed by two professors, Xia Xie and Zhengxia Wang, from the School of Computer Science and Technology of Hainan University, won the national first prize. The work was jointly completed by Xinlong Zhao, Jiaqi Qi and Hanyin Cheng.

It was reported that the competition lasted for 3 days, a total of 568 universities, 1084 teams, 2166 contestants participated. After fierce competition, in the "software application and development" category, produced a total of 42 first prizes, 280 second prizes, 632 third prizes.

The Computer Design Competition of Chinese College Students ranks 24th in the 2023 National College Student Competition Rankings and 3rd in the computer competition, which is one of the most influential and widely participated innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in the computer category of Chinese colleges and universities.
